5 Moments of Happiness

So many parenting blogs and articles are based on struggles and hardships. Whilst I applaud them, write them and read them. I wanted to share a little bit of my happiness each week.

Don’t forget to read the quote of the week

So here are my 5 moments of happiness this week.

WEEK #FOUR

  1. A good old catch up with best friends. Enjoying a delicious afternoon tea at The Sculpture Cafe in Manchester Town Hall, followed by Gluwein at the Christmas markets. Christmas Markets always make me feel festive, love them!
  2. Finding a new playgroup and seeing my little Pudding exploring and watching the older kids and scoffing buttery toast.
  3. Scrapping the dinner table rules one evening whilst doing silly dancing, eating tea and singing songs. Giggles all round.
  4. My weekly swim whilst my friend looks after my little one for an hour.
  5. Thinking about Christmas and all the festivities.

    • Thank you Lydia. I do this feature to remind myself of moments that occur in a busy week. Sometimes they get lost among the chaos!

  1. Thinking about Christmas is definitely on my happy list too 🙂 you’re right. We tend to focus on the negative and hardships a lot because we like people to know that they are not allowed and that we all suffer those hardships in one way or another. But sharing a bit of happiness and hope is great positivity. #fortheloveofblog

    • Thank you for commenting Geraldine, I agree. It is important we share hardships so others don’t feel isolated but a little positivity goes a long way too.
