Recipes: Tartare Sauce

 

A fab sauce to go with fish.

Super easy

Serves 4 – 6

Ingredients

200ml Mayonnaise

3 tbsp Capers, drained and chopped

3 tbsp Gherkins, drained and chopped

1 Shallot, finely chopped

A squeeze of lemon juice

3 tbsp chopped flat leaf parsley

1 tsp Dijon mustard

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients together and serve.
